University City Neighborhood

The University City of the Science in Philadelphia is located in an area of Philadelphia that boasts strong tradition, picturesque surroundings and a true college experience that many students desire. USP is nestled in University City, which is home to more than 30,000 students who attend one of the six colleges and universities located in the area.

USP students enjoy University City's tree-lined residential areas, restaurants, cafes, shops and Clark Park, a nine-acre town green across from the university that is the site for many recreational activities, as well as neighborhood and citywide festivals and events.
